15.00 – 15.00 BRUICHLADDICH DISTILLERY TOUR in Gaelic (& English) ~ learn Gaelic words and phrases used in the distilling process, as you are guided through the distillery by a fluent local Gaelic Speaker, and a Bruichladdich Tour Guide £25

10.00 – 17.30 WHISKY KITCHEN CAFE ~ Open for Scottish Food & Whisky Pairings. Daily menus in Gaelic and English. Islay sourced produce prepared by fantastic local cook.

19.30 WHISKY TASTING MASTERCLASS ~ SMWS Scotch Malt Whisky Society with Global Brand Ambassador Mr John McCheyne. Learn about the Scotch Malt Whisky Society and their way of numbering bottles. Open a world of flavour in a bottle. Enjoy 5 X SINGLE CASK Whiskies while listening to John’s stories and craic.
